Thanks for taking interest in who I am and what I do. If you’ve made it this far you probably want to learn a little more about me, so brace yourself for some self indulgent horn tooting.
I graduated from Long Beach State in 2008 with a BFA in Drawing and Painting. After graduating I decided to pursue graphic design and took classes at a local junior college which opened the opportunity for a few internships after which I began my freelance career. In 2013 I got my first full time graphic design position at a start up called “Ultra Mobile.” I was the first designer on the creative team which consisted of myself and a creative director. Within 5 years our company became the “Inc. 500 - Fastest Growing Company in the US.” During that time I perfected my animation skills and launched our “Ultra TV” marketing program for independent wireless retailers.
In 2016 we created a subsidiary brand called “Mint Mobile.” Having personal experience in audio production, I initiated and spearheaded an idea of giving life to the brand mascot known as The Mint Fox. The fox became a brand ambassador on YouTube with me as its voice. In collaboration with our in house marketing agency I personally aided in the ideation and creation of our first Superbowl commercial campaign titled “Thats not right” Which aired In February of 2019. Later that year Ryan Reynolds would buy an ownership stake of Mint Mobile to continue the trajectory of hyper growth culminating in the $1.36 Billion dollar sale of the company to T-Mobile in 2024.
Immediately following the success of our first Superbowl commercial in 2019, during my free time, I began spearheading and collaborating with close friends to create an animated series called “Tod Complex.” This new animated series centered around the life of a reptilian alien. After writing scripts for 10 episodes, I animated and produced the first 12 minutes of the pilot in 2021. The remaining scripts are currently being developed in the form of a graphic novel. ANYWAY, I hope you enjoyed my story and look forward to working together to realize your creative vision. If you would like to view and download my resume you can find it here.
